My kiddies love raisin bread and they love french toast, so why not pair them up??? I used no measurements here, always wingin’ it!-
Mix eggs with some milk in a bowl
sprinkle in a sugar/cinnamon mixture ( believe it or not I already keep this in it’s own little jar )
Soak raisin bread in egg mix
Brown in frying pan
sprinkle with a little more sugar/cinnamon if you like
serve with maple syrup
(but of course, you all knew how to do that already!)
