Like most kids, I grew up watching Sesame Street! I adored Super Grover and Snuffy and had a soft spot even for Oscar the Grouch! This summer our family embarked on our first week long vacation, crossing the border and travelling to Pennsylvania to see the ‘real Sesame Street’ at Sesame Place! It was literally like walking onto the set of Sesame Street except with a water park and big rides bookending either side! It was magical and took me right back to my youth! We sat on the famous Sesame Stoop, shook our booties at the Elmo Rocks show and my six year old even got to jump on set and take part in the Elmo’s World Live performance! He got a real kick out of seeing Mr. Noodle up close and personal with all his crazy antics!
Truth be told it was a dream vacation for the whole family! We had our picture taken with all of our furry friends and the boys came back home even bigger Sesame Street fans then before! A month later they helped me pick out
Now what’s the hottest toy for the 2012 holiday season??? Elmo of course! Have you seen this on store shelves yet? He’s cute, he’s cuddly and he’s bound to make you giggle which is no surprise at all that he’s recently earned the Parent Tested Parent Approved stamp of approval!
So what makes LOL Elmo so funny? Well, first off laughter is contagious! Our family can vouch for that! Elmo loves a side splitting, roll on the floor, full out giggle fest and it’s really hard not to join in, just ask the kids! And not only does he laugh, he keeps the party going by telling jokes! He’s all kinds of silly fun when you press his feet or tickle his tummy! LOL Elmo also comes with a Dorothy Fishbowl Squeaker toy!

I am so excited that I have a little one again for Christmas…5 month old baby boy. My daughter is 24 years old so it’s been a long time since Santa. He can’t really ask for anything for Christmas this year but will enjoy the lights and pretty packages. He has an Elmo stuffie that he loves to play with so I think he would love anything Elmo.
