Spiced Pork Chops

The first thing I do when the snow starts to melt is fire up the bbq! Even if I have to get out there in winter boots and a coat, I don’t mind, it’s all worth it to relive that taste of summer again! With seasonal temps here and on the rise, barbecuing is a daily favourite and today I have a simple Spiced Pork Chop recipe to share with you to mix up your grilling routine this summer!

Canadians tend to grill what they know best and stick with traditional steaks and burgers, but it’s so easy to bring in different cultures and tastes to our meat! Patak’s Madras Curry Paste is one of my favourites and really brings out the flavour of your choice of meat!
