Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins

These delicious Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins start out a lot like my Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, because this recipe actually came first!

After I played around with it and got this recipe to where I loved it, I decided to modify it for a more chocolatey version, because you can never have too much chocolate right? I think so! If you love these, you’ll the double chocolate version and vice versa!

Go ahead and give both of them a try, especially if you have a freezer stocked with shredded zucchini like I do! Zucchini has been my favourite veggie to grow in our garden, it’s so versatile and we use it all year long.
