Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Kabobs for Valentine’s Day

Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Kabobs add a fun twist to a classic chocolate covered strawberry.

While Valentine’s Day is typically a romantic holiday for couples, every parent knows that once you have kids, everything is all about them, even the day of love. If you are planning to include the whole family in your Valentine’s Day celebrations like we do, I’ve got a really fun dessert idea that will be a huge hit with the kids, but adults will enjoy them too!

Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Kabobs

Chocolate Strawberry Dessert Kabobs

Ingredients

Strawberries
Large Marshmallows
Box of Brownie Mix (You could also make Brownies from scratch like I did or just pick up those 2 bite brownies from the grocery store and keep it easy)
Skewers or Lollipop sticks
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

Clean, dry, and cut the stem off of the strawberries so that end is flat.

Cut brownies into bit sized square pieces.

Stack strawberries, brownies, and marshmallows on the skewers starting and ending with a strawberry.

Place assembled skewers on a wire rack with a baking pan underneath to catch drips or just lay them out on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals until completely melted, stirring frequently.

Transfer to a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped off and drizzle chocolate over each kabob.

Transfer to the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
