We had beautiful weather for Daddy’s Day! A great opportunity to spend the day outside having some fun. Dad is stuck in the office all day long, so it was good to get us all out in the sun!
In the morning we gave Dad his gifts and instead of the boys making him a card, this year the boys made crowns. They were the princes and Daddy was the King for the day! They all looked really cute in their crowns, even Daddy!
After breakfast we took the boys strawberry picking! yum! Daddy’s favourite!
I also finally got some flowers for the front garden! Monday we got them in the ground.
After naps we loaded the boys back up and headed to our local zoo/playground/park area and had a picnic by the water (Hubster proposed to me here actually!) and then checked out the animals and had a good play before heading home. Lovely Lovely Day! I wish Mother’ Day was later in the year so we had nicer weather for it!
