Christmas breakfast in our house will come in the form of holiday pancakes thanks to Nordic Ware! The Holiday Pancake Pan is perfect for a house full of hungry boys! Each pan makes 7 pancakes, each with it’s own fun design! A snowman, bell, angel, reindeer, star, christmas tree and of course Santa! The pan sits right on your stovetop burner just like a regular frying pan and the batter goes into the individual circles, none of my other pans could make perfectly even pancakes like this and none could fit 7 pancakes in one pan! The boys love the designs and get really excited to see what everyone has on their plates! The pancakes are nice and small, perfect for little hands so we leave them whole and let the boys pick them up and dip them into syrup so we don’t ruin the design on them! This pan will be a tradition in our house for years and years to come!
Another great idea from Nordic Ware is their cookie pans! I love to make shortbread cookies and Nordic Ware has the most beautiful Snowflake Shortbread Pan. It really does turn your cookies into a work of art and takes a rather plain and boring cookie and makes it gorgeous and ready for gift giving! I look forward to adding these to my baking list this holiday and love the way it will dress up my treat platter!
