These Oreo Pudding Pops are so easy and the kids will love them!
We use our popsicle molds all year round, I’ve posted about our most frequent way to use them before with yogurt (here), but in the summer we try to have a little fun and I make the boys Oreo Pudding Pops. It actually has nothing to do with the cookie, the name gives props to. It’s just the chocolate, vanilla, chocolate layering that looks like the famous oreo cookie. They are a big hit with the boys at our house and make a nice cool treat on a hot summer’s day.
Oreo Pudding Pops
Directions
Make a package of chocolate pudding as directed.
Fill a third of the popsicle mold with the chocolate pudding, then a third with vanilla yogurt, and the final third with chocolate pudding again until it reaches the top. Insert the popsicle stick.
Freeze until firm.
The secret to getting all the pudding and yogurt down into the molds without smearing it on the sides and ruining the effect of the layers is medicine syringes! lol We all have them for the kiddos right? Suck up the pudding or yogurt and just point down in and shoot! It doesn’t touch the sides and looks clean and purdy!
This would be perfect for the weather we are experiencing right now, and my kids will love this treat!
I’ll have to make these for my boys. Would be a great Summer treat. 🙂
This is pretty darn brilliant! I don’t even have kids to make them for but I’m going to make them for the adults! 🙂
I love them too, I’m sure they will be a hit with the adults!
So trying this with our molds!
These are so good. We love all things Oreo!
Thanks for yet another genius treat for the kido’s
