Cascades has an evolutionary new paper towel! I know, I know, it’s hard to believe anyone could get excited over a paper towel, but this is one of those things that you’re going to say ‘why didn’t someone think of that sooner!’
Defensia is a green hand towel and when I say green, I literally mean it’s a soft shade of green and I also mean it’s eco friendly! The product is made with recycled fibers and is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
But what makes this paper towel so different is that it’s Antibacterial! Yup, this hand towel has an antibacterial ingredient that transfers to your hands when you use it to dry with them and is activated by the water on your hands. Almost instantly, it reduces the bacteria left on your hands and produces an ongoing antibacterial effect for 30 minutes!
My first thought? Get these into the schools and public washrooms as quick as possible! With the new school year under way it is only a matter of time before germs start to spread throughout the classrooms and back home. It seems to me that with proper hand washing and Cascades Defensia Hand Towels, the risk is significantly reduced.
My son’s teacher just might be getting our box sent her way!
