I saw something like this on Pinterest and almost passed it by, because honestly it didn’t ‘look’ that appealing. But my kiddos are huge grilled cheese fans so I checked it out and realized my boys would love this! We roll a lot of food around here, cheese wraps, pb wraps, meat rolls etc whatever gets the kids to eat, so combining grilled cheese with a roll form was a natural fit around here. And as expected the kids gobbled them up!
Grilled Cheese Dippers
~Perfect for dipping into ketchup or soup~
Start by trimming the crust of a piece of bread so it makes a perfect square
Then unwrap a cheese slice and lay it on top
Roll it up
Melt some butter on a hot frying pan
Roll bread to coat evenly
Fry until golden brown and cheese is melted, seal the open edge first so it stays closed
serve with soup or ketchup
