Chef Michael P. Clive dares you to bring your favourite recipe ideas and challenge him to make them in the Panasonic Genius Inverter Microwave! Sounds like a challenge ladies!
Got a recipe you want Chef Michael P. Clive to take on? I sure do, one of my favourite all time meals is homemade Chicken Taco Soup! It takes allll day to cook because it’s made in a slow cooker. It’s torture I tell ya! You can smell that yummy goodness all day long but it takes hours before it is ready! I’m wondering if Chef Clive can speed things up for me!
Chicken Taco Soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn, drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chick peas
1 can broth
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
3 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
Put all ingredients in crock pot, lay chicken on top pressing down until covered.
Cook on low for 5 hours
Remove chicken and allow to cool long enough to handle. Shred chicken and stir back into soup
Cook for 2 hours
Top with some shredded cheese or if you want to crushed tortilla chips
See that? 7 hours of wait time! Not good.
