We are BIG fans of How to Train Your Dragon here at Mom vs the Boys! We love the movies and we have seen the Live Spectacular not once but twice! It was amazing and ever since then my boys have been head over heels for anything dragon! We even have the Toothless stuffy that Big Brother sleeps with every night!
So when we saw that Fox Home Entertainment and Dream Works had come out with a DVD of Four episodes of Riders of Berk, we couldn’t wait to get our hands on it!
Buckle up for more high-flying action and fire-breathing fun with this thrilling debut of the animated TV series based on the Academy Award®-nominated hit movie How To Train Your Dragon! The epic story of Hiccup, Toothless and his fearless friends continues with 4 explosive episodes filled with all-new adventures and exciting, never-before-seen dragons.
Riders of Berk is not aired on any of the channels we get here, so this was our opportunity to see four amazing half hour episodes. All of our favourite characters and dragons are in them! The DVD also comes with a set of 5 Collectible Trading Cards that my boys have been having a lot of fun with. They love to pass out a card to each member of the family so we can take on roles while we watch the shows together. I am always the Deadly Nadar because that’s the dragon Astrid rides!
is available now and would make an awesome stocking stuffer for your little dragon fan this year!
Too cool! Looks like fun! Bet my little one and her friends and cousins would like to see this! I’ll have to check it out! Thanks for sharing!
My oldest LOVES how to train your dragon! I will definitely have a look for this, he would be over the moon!
Trading cards are so much fun. I love that your boys have made a fun game out of passing them around!
