Healthy Eating with President’s Choice

So who of you out there, fell off the healthy eating wagon this weekend? I mean seriously, few can resist the rich temptations of Easter cream eggs right? It’s darn near impossible to walk away from one of those suckers! 

No worries, President’s Choice Healthy Eating Insider’s Report will lure you back from the dark side with some tempting treats of goodness! The Blue Menu items at PC are favourites for us,  so it’s really easy for us to start there, with all the blue boxes! I love the way they are always sneaking in some extras like omega-3 in spaghetti, orange juice and yogurt and flaxseed on the breaded chicken! 

Warmer weather is certainly taking it’s time to show itself, but we’ve braved the coolness on a few days recently and fired up the bbq for the start of the season! PC Blue Menu Chicken Breasts and PC Blue Menu Jerk-Style Chicken Breast Cutlets are amazing on the barbeque and topped on a fresh, crisp salad! PC Organics has some great selections in salad greens and you can even pick up the whole kit and caboodle in a salad kit if you are really  lazy busy like me!

Skip the Pop!

Another one of my favourite items is the the PC Sparkling Water in Lime flavour, it gives you that fizzy kick without all the sugar and nasty part of pop. I like the natural lime flavour on it’s own, but you can add a splash of PC Pomegranate Blueberry 100% Vegetable and Fruit Blend Beverage in Tangerine Pineapple or Strawberry Banana for some variety.
