We have a family of all boys, yes, the whole family! With my own three sons and my three nephews we have a whopping 6 boys in the family and 5 of them are 7 years or younger! It makes for super fun family gatherings that’s for sure, my boys love their twin cousins! Shopping for boys the same ages as my kids can be a little tricky though, it can be hard to pick out really fun gifts that they want and know they can’t have. Kids are greedy like that lol This year, Walmart made my life a little bit easier with their free online shipping and the same everyday low prices you find in store!
So instead of dragging three boys around the store with hot coats and even hotter attitudes, I snuggled up by the fireplace with my list in hand and took care of business in the comforts of home!
I like to pick out an outfit and toy for each boy, I found the apparel section a little bit limited for shopping online but the prices were fantastic and I ended up with two pairs of Disney CARS flannel pjs and two LEGO Star Wars t-shirts. I love that Walmart has all the fun characters that the boys love!
Next up, was the toys! I decided to buy a toy for each of them and one that they could share together. I found an amazing sale on Hot Wheels Wall Tracks! I was pretty excited to scoop that set up for $14.97 from $24.97! Knowing that my own guys love Hexbugs I also tucked a Nano Spiral Set in my online cart and for a great gift to share, I picked up the Play-doh Perfect Twist Ice Cream set on sale for $5 off!
and Done! Easy Peasy right?
The Twins will each receive a set of pajamas, a t-shirt, a toy of their own and a toy to share and it all comes in under $100! The best part is I haven’t left my house!
The Walmart website is not without some glitches, I had a few struggles along the way, but still saved time, energy and gas that it would have taken this country girl to drive to the city and get my shopping done. The best part is the boys have no idea what I bought their cousins and everything will be wrapped up and under the tree before they do! I had a targeted ship date of today, December 11th, and so far everything except one package has arrived. Some of the times were shipped separately, I’ve had three parcels arrive with the items I choose and one still on it’s way.

I just discovered shopping at Walmart online on Black Friday. I’m hooked. I found a chair that is sold at other retail stores for almost $600, for $260 at Walmart. THE EXACT SAME CHAIR! I ordered it and it should be here any day 🙂 I’m so excited.
On line shopping can not be beat for convenience and many times, the savings. My hubby does about 90% of his shopping on line. I think the post man comes to the door more often for him in December then me, LOL

I LOVE ordering online at Walmart.ca Last year I looked all over for speakers for my father’s iPod (Christmas gift). I had found something I liked in another store but the price was high… I was so happy when I saw it on Walmart’s website for cheaper! It arrived only a few days later! Wonderful shopping experience!
