Soccer season has ended, the nights are getting cooler and the CNE is already underway. That can only mean one thing – the kids are about to head back to school! Summer really seemed to fly by this year, but some days I’m ready to send the kids back and other days I just love having them home. It’s a bittersweet time of year.
With three boys in school, the thing I dread the most is packing lunches. That’s 15 lunches a week to send to school with a group of picky eaters! One thing they all love is pudding, I know when I send a Snack Pack to school, it’s not going to be sitting in the bottom of the lunch bag at the end of the day.
Snack Pack has recently updated their popular pudding cups with new easier-to-open lids. This is great news, especially for little ones just starting school who find it difficult to peel back the packaging. When kids struggle, it can create a big mess.
I had my own boys aged 9,7, and 6 put the new lids to the test!
I was super surprised by how many flavours the EZO lid came in, I hadn’t even heard of many of these and will have to search them out when we visit a larger grocery store. In the video you can see that two of the boys chose Butterscotch, and loved it. I think this was a first for butterscotch, but we’ll be buying it again.

Great to know about, I’ll be on the look out!
Might have to start buying these again. I quit because my kids couldn’t open them without making a mess.
