Every day for lunch I have my famous “everything but the kitchen sink”. I usually put; broccoli slaw, kale, couscous/quinoa, dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes (from my garden when in season), kalamata olives, pickled eggplant, feta cheese, sunflower/pumpkin seeds. I can’t finish it all in one sitting so I finish it for my afternoon snack. It’s just about time to make it now!
