Elf on the Shelf ~ Week Two
Okay a whole week gone by with the little guy and we were having some fun! One night I know I saw Jingles come in and land on the curtain rod but the next morning when the boys couldn't find him anywhere I went to help. Wouldn't you know it? he wasn't there. A quick phone call to Daddy to see if he had noticed the elf that morning was met by the sound of giggling on the other end. Who doesn't want to see those adorable cherub faces and ohhh and awww over how much the kiddos have grown? We've even received some clever … [Read more...]
Kellogg’s Rice Krispie Treats for Halloween Fun!
Recently Kellogg's sent my family a really fun box full of Rice Krispies and all the fixin's and trimmin's to make a batch of Rice Krispie Treats! We took the opportunity one rainy fall day to sit down and do a fun family project making some Halloween Krispies! I had forgotten how easy it was to make Rice Krispies, this was one baking activity that didn't require a long cook time. Once the marshmallows were melted down nice and gooey and the cereal was mixed in, we were ready to create! We … [Read more...]
