Looking for a quick and easy craft to turn into a card for Dad this Father’s Day? This morning the boys and I came up with this:
Tie Dye Baby Wipes:
Wrap elastics around a baby wipe, you can fold in different ways to create different effects
Take markers and colour the whole wipe (use washables for sure, this is messy)
Cut the elastic off and let the kids unravel to reveal the print
this didn’t work out as well as I had hoped for us, but I think it was because our markers weren’t ‘juicy’ enough, they were getting old. still they looked cute.
We attached them to a large piece of paper and added some designs and ‘Our Dad is GROOVY’ to complete the project.
beside each wipe I wrote the name of the boy who made that one, the names are blurred in the pic, but that is what I put there and the boys really liked that.
We will hang it up Sunday morning to surpise Dad!
