Burt’s Bees has developed over 150 products and over half of them are a full 100% natural! That’s something to be proud of! That’s also something I couldn’t wait to try out and I was lucky enough to have the chance just recently.

oh yes, even in my mid thirties I am still battling acne, so this was great to have. My skin did clear up in my twenties but after the kidlets came and messed with my hormones, we are back to acne products.
How it Works:
This natural toner removes lingering traces of cleanser and residual dirt, oil and make-up. Salicylic Acid, sourced naturally from Willow Bark Extract, penetrates pores to help reduce acne, and Witch Hazel and Lemongrass Extracts to clarify and soothe troubled skin, naturally.
I liked the nice light scent and didn’t have any problems with drying of the skin like I sometimes do.
Sensitive Eye CreamUnder eye puffiness? me? umm…yeah definitely! I have three kids, what can I say, I’m tired! lol
This cream is 99% natural and is made with cotton extract. It’s also Fragrance-free, hypo-allergenic and allergy-tested Dermatologist-tested an ophthalmologist-tested.
Now if it only worked on wrinkles at the same time, it would be complete!
The Burt’s Bees products I was most looking to try were the lip products and they did not disappoint! They carry a good range of lip products and the ones that came my way were the Tinted Lip Balm and the Replenishing Lip Balm. My favourite by far was the 100% Natural Tinted Lip Balm in Red Dahlia. The colour appeared quite dark but when you swipe it on the lips it really just provides a hint of colour. Just adds some rosiness to your lips and doesn’t look like lipstick at all, it is sheer and natural looking without any shine. It comes in 6 different colours and has rave reviews on the website as well!
I’ve tried Natural products in the past and have not always been happy. But I was really happy with Burt’s Bees both in function and in scent! I now have a number of other items on my building wish list like the Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmers, Super Gloss and Shampoo!
