who’s a Lil Champ in our house? You might guess the big guy, but you would be wrong! lol Our rough and tumble, feisty fighter is none other than the baby of the house! lol That’s right, with two older brothers to defend himself against, our little guy came out of the womb with boxing gloves on, so this Lil Champ costume was certainly fitting!
Toddler Sized Lil Champ Costume:
Knock out the other parents this Halloween with our Lil Champ costume. Your son won’t have to wait for the first round since this costume is going to snuff them at the weigh-in! The Lil Champ boxer shorts come in white with a red band around the bottom of each leg. An attached muscle chest comes with the shorts to give your child the rock hard stomach of a career prize fighter. A black championship belt has a gold panel in its center that reads Champion, just in case the competition didn’t get the memo. But a boxer needs gloves, so those are also included, and they match the red stripe on the shorts perfectly. A boxer can’t come to the fight without his robe, though; so the blue velveteen robe that accompanies this costume makes sure he has the look of a true-to-life champion. Eye of the tiger not included.
I love that this costume comes with everything needed to complete the look – even realistic looking boxing gloves! I know I don’t need to tell you that these were the boys’ favourite part! The costume comes in Toddler 2T and Toddler 3-4. We have the 3-4 version and it actually came pretty close to fitting all three boys aged 2.5-5.5 years. The robe is quite long in both the length and the arms and will need to be shortened for the little ones to wear. If choosing this one for Halloween, the gloves are very soft and warm and in Canada that is plus!
We had a lot of fun with the boys, letting them take turns trying it on and having a few rounds of punches on the parents! It is incredibly adorable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and feisty costume for their little boy!
