  5. Take time for myself – whether it’s watching a show on tv (without the distraction of kids) or even locking myself in the laundry to fold laundry (yup I find it therapeutic!), a little bit of time without disctractions helps.

    July 18-I find that exercise helps or working with my flowers or doing some house cleaning. Sometimes, a hot cujp of tea and a crossword puzzle does the trick. If stress is really bad, I turn the problem ove r to the FAther and ask for His help. That is really good . el03ro

  23. stress what stress bills , car payment unemployment family dinamics who said STRESS!!!!!!!!! i have tried everything and the only thing that works is turn off my phone and shut out the world for a little while and then when i turn the phone back on guess what STRESS

    I pray about what stresses me out and ask God to take that stress away from me since he knows the big picture and I need to trust him with my future.
