Take time for myself – whether it’s watching a show on tv (without the distraction of kids) or even locking myself in the laundry to fold laundry (yup I find it therapeutic!), a little bit of time without disctractions helps.
Hot bath.
A quad ride or a bath and a glass of wine!
I drink, j/k. 🙂 I try to take a long walk by myself to clear my head. Prayer also helps me.
This is definitely the book for me, and is one I can share as well. Would love to have this

July 18-I find that exercise helps or working with my flowers or doing some house cleaning. Sometimes, a hot cujp of tea and a crossword puzzle does the trick. If stress is really bad, I turn the problem ove r to the FAther and ask for His help. That is really good . el03ro
I exercise regularly to manage my stress.
When i think i will worry, I start doing something useful to get my mind off it.

I pray about what stresses me out and ask God to take that stress away from me since he knows the big picture and I need to trust him with my future.
