Our family saw this in the theatre this Summer and it was our youngest son’s first movie theatre experience so it’s really fun to relive the memory at home! By now I’m sure you are familiar with the Ice Age series and this one follows the same basics, if you tend to cringe at angry animals and name calling, this is probably not the best fit for you. Sub-zero heroes Manny, Diego, and Sid embark upon a high-seas adventure after their continent is set adrift. Using an iceberg as a ship, they encounter sea creatures and battle pirates as they try to reunite with their herd. In the wake of these upheavals, Sid reunites with his cantankerous Granny, and the herd encounters a ragtag menagerie of seafaring pirates determined to stop them from returning home.
