Save with CAA this Holiday

We all know and love CAA for their quality roadside assistance program, but being a CAA member has more perks than you may realize including Show Your Card and Save program!

What is the Show Your Card and Save Program?

With over 160,000 retail locations and services around the world, The Show Your Card & Save® program will help you save on your next pair of glasses, dining out, exciting attractions, car rentals and more. Simply show your CAA membership card when you make your purchase. Plus, you can earn CAA Dollars® at participating partners to use toward renewing your membership, buying a gift membership, or booking a vacation at a CAA Store.

Where Can I Shop and Save?

There are so many Canadian partners set up with the Show Your Card and Save program, here are a few of my favourites!

In the US

SeaWorld – San Diego, California
Various CityPASS locations

You can also save with CAA departments such as Travel and Auto!

And the list goes on…… visit the CAASCO website for a full list of partners!

Can I Really Just Show My Card and Save?

No, not really. Some of the companies you can just show your card as you are paying but others you have to order online or at a CAA location. This can be a little bit frustrating when a friend calls up and wants to head to a movie and you don’t have chance to order your tickets through CAA, it’s best to keep a brochure handy (pop one right into your glove compartment) and spend some time on the website getting to know the different partner deals.

How Do I Earn CAA Dollars?

Every time you present a valid CAA membership card at one of the participating partners, you can earn up to 20% in CAA Dollars®. Every CAA Dollar you earn equals $1.00 CAD, and you can redeem CAA Dollars towards your next dream vacation, travel merchandise, membership renewal or gift memberships.

Speaking of Gift Memberships, this is the perfect time of year to buy a membership for the person you love this year! A CAA membership is a great gift for a new driver, a child away at college, an aging parent, your spouse or even yourself! Plus when you Give, you Get!

Save with CAA this holiday season! Whether it’s saving money with the show your card and save program when you are out holiday shopping, earning CAA Dollars or scoring a gift with a membership purchase, there are many extra advantageous to being a CAA member, on top of excellent roadside assistance!

Disclosure – I am participating in the CAA program by ShesConnected.  I received compensation in exchange for my participation in this campaign.  The opinions on this blog are my own.

  6. We received our membership as a Christmas gift many years ago, and have kept it up ever since. It really is peace of mind when on the road. Though, I admit, I’ve never taken the time to look into any of the money saving benefits. Great inspiration to check into this)
