We all have that time of day where hunger strikes and we are tempted to grab for the snacks and treats we know we shouldn’t be eating. For me that time of day is always mid to late afternoon, around 3-4pm every. single. day.

  4. I know this is going to sound like I’m just browning because of the prize – but it’s honest to god Special K! Both the cereal and the bars. We love having it in the house, a) it tastes good; b) it’s good for us; c) it’s safe for my peanut-allergic son! (he has Special K every morning….he’s 5!)
