Tommee Tippee tackles smell with their new 360º Sealer Diaper Disposal System!

*My Baby Reviewer Diane test drives the Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer Diaper Disposal System*

You know when you walk into a room and the smell hits you in the face… nothing like the strong scent of ammonia to get your day going! And lets be honest, the #2’s are no walk in the park either. With two still in diapers (and one still in pull-ups over night), the Tommee Tippee 360º Sealer Diaper Disposal System would be WELL tested.

It was super simple to set up. It comes already put together, you just need to put in the film refills – which are antimicrobial and help to control bacterial odor. The film was a bit awkward to start off, felt like one extra hand would have made it a bit smoother. But the second one I did was a bit easier, there is a bit of knack to it. Putting it in the pail is simple and easy. Took me all of 3-5 minutes to set the whole thing up – and that includes reading the instructions!

Handling the Smell – I was actually surprised at how well it worked. There was ZERO smell. We keep this pail in our bedroom (by the baby’s change table). I used to put dirty diapers or heavy wet diapers straight out to the garage because they were too smelly to keep in the house. Now I just put them right in the #360º Sealer, and we have had no smell issues at all. Nothing short of AMAZING.

Using the 360º Sealer is easy. Lift the lid, drop it in, and twist the dial. That’s it. When you twist the dial, it pulls the film and diaper through the sealer, sealing the diaper all the way around. But be careful, if you’re using it for bigger diapers/pull-ups then you’ll have to push the diaper through a bit. If the diaper doesn’t get pulled all the way through, then the dial gets stuck. It’s easy to fix, but can be a bit of a pain when you have to push each diaper through. The smaller diapers get pulled through without any problems. Just drop them in and twist the dial.

Emptying the pail (which can hold quite a lot) is easy as well. I like that it has a handle, so I can just pour the “diaper sausage” (as I call it) right into the garbage and I don’t have to haul it out by hand.

The elimination of dirty diaper stench from our bedroom makes the 360º Sealer a star in my books!
