I get bored really easily when it comes to working out, even with a program that allows you to put in a new workout everyday, if it’s the same people and same set, I still get bored pretty fast. A few months ago I started searching for a few new and interesting workouts on the web. I was looking for variety and short workouts because the program I was doing was an hour or more every day and that was eating up a lot of my morning. So here’s a few of my findings, just in case you are feeling the same. It’s a little round up of some fun workouts I’ve found, all in one place, so we can find them again!
Party Rock moves video – easy and fun dance moves. he does other videos and songs like Beyonce. This guy talks a lot, it can be a little bit hard to hear the music.
Squat work out to Katy Perry Dark Horse – I found this one when someone shared it on facebook and was instantly hooked. It’s short, fun and you definitely feel the burn. Everytime I hear this song come on the radio I can’t help but start the routine lol
This site has a ton of videos and I like that you can filter for difficulty level, length, equipment you have on hand and body area you want to focus on. The ones I’ve tried did not include a warm up or cool down, so you’ll need to do that part on your own. I like that moves are done intervals so you can push as hard as you want and get a 10 sec rest between moves. A little boring maybe since there is no fancy music or studio but a great collection. Use one of the other dance workouts I list here as a warm up.
More Zumba
Since I enjoyed the Zumba, I started to seek out a few more. Go ahead and search youtube and you will find TONS. I’m really not very co ordinated so I am sticking to the easy stuff. Amber has a few different songs to work out to, Moves like Jagger is fun, and Sexy and I know it is too. If you think you can’t do it, watch for the 65 year old granny in the second row, if she can do it, you can!

Victoria Secret Angel Butt Workout
Because who doesn’t want a butt like a VS Angel, am I right? Watch also for other body parts targeted like legs, arms etc. on other videos. I definitely felt the burn on some of these, she does one full set and then repeats it all over again. The counter doesn’t always match, so just follow her.
Same girl, but I find this one a little bit harder. No wonder it’s the Kim Kardashian Butt Workout! She does use hand weights, but you can do it without or even use water bottles or tin cans if you want.
Jillian Michaels
If you like Jillian Michaels, here are a few different videos for targeted body parts to try out.
Standing Abs
Jillian doesn’t run through this with you, so turn up your own tunes and work your way through on your own. I just hit pause after each move and continue on, you can go at your own pace. I wasn’t wowed by the moves but it’s great for when you don’t have a soft floor, enough floor space to lie down or you are somewhere you just don’t want to get down onto the floor (hotel! ick!)
