Pretty soon the kids will be heading back to school, it’s a bittersweet time. By the end of summer I am glad to return to more of a routine, relish in a house that stays clean (at least until the kids come home from school) and work in silence, but then…….those dreaded packed lunches are back on my to-do list every day! Boo!!!! With three boys in the house, that’s 15 school lunches a week and it can get darn right tiresome and not just for me, but them too. My boys are the pickiest of the picky and tend to survive off the same things every day. It’s hard to keep them interested in lunches.
