My boys have been playing soccer for years and we’ve been known to spend 4 nights a week at the soccer field, so our family was pretty excited to see the brand new playset from Playmobil, the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ Take Along Soccer Field.

Simply, open the two sides, remove the handle and fold down the floor plates to reveal the soccer field. We often bring a few toys with us when we visit the boys’ grandpa so I was really impressed with the case feature that easily stores the players and balls and can be carried off with ease of the handle.
The set includes four players, two goal posts, four soccer balls as well as a cardboard score counter and target. The field grass is nice and soft to play on and the whole arena was easy to set up. The boys completed all the work on their own.
Every player included can be easily moved with just one hand and by pulling back and releasing the trigger, the player’s leg can kick the ball! Choose from high kicks or low kicks!
Connect the goalkeepers to the goal posts and have them protect the goal cage as they go from left to right!

I honestly don’t know. My in-laws are from Ghana, so usually the conversations get quite heated when soccer comes up. My son seems to move between teams based on the colour of their uniforms 🙂 So, we will likely start cheering for Ghana 🙂 Does Canada have a team???
