I think Easter might be the only day of the year when you get to eat chocolate first thing in the morning! Who doesn’t love a holiday like that! Here’s how the celebration went down at our house….
Remember I said I wanted to get better at decorating for holidays other than Christmas? Well, I bought this cute easter egg wreath this year for Easter! I’m getting better!
and of course we stuck with our usual window clings in the kitchen window and the kids bathrooms.
We made our little chicks and we mailed a few of them off to the Aussie Uncle and my parents who we won’t see over the holidays. Our craft making session is here
Our Easter Egg cookies were a big hit and we all love them, the recipe is here and I highly recommend it! so good! I don’t know why they look like circles in the picture, they’re eggs!
One of our favourite Easter books is this The Easter Ribbit, it has a funny little song at the end that Big Brother makes me sing more times than I woud like
These are our Easter baskets, I have one for each boy and I love them. I bought 3 of them when I was pregnant with Little Buddy so now they all have the same. I am thinking of painting each of their initials on the back side of those eggs.
Big Papa came for the weekend, Here he is with all of his favourite Easter Bunnies and finally this was Little Buddy’s first Easter! I think it was a good one!
