The first day of Summer is finally here! woot! go ahead Canada make some noise!!! It’s no secret from coast to coast we have been inundated with horrible weather and finally we can rejoice! Summer is officially here and it actually felt like Summer today too!

Time to fire up the barbie folks! Tonight at casa MVTB, it is ribfest! With none other than PC’s Molasses, Brown Sugar and Bourbon sauce! This sticky goodness is a perfect pairing for the bbq and equally matched by PC’s Maple Bacon barbecue sauce! I used that one recently on some amazing pulled pork poutine and it was delish! If you get a rainy day this summer, let the barbecue rest and pull out the crock pot for that one!

I don’t think there is one PC product that I don’t like. I buy the Blue Label hamburgers. With a salad and no bun, it is a lower fat option for me when I am trying to watch my weight but the PC chocolate dipped cheesecake squares are too good to pass up whenever I shop there!
Love their creamy garlic dipping sauce. .. but, I also love a ton of other products they make. A lot of what I use in my kitchen is PC Products.

PC products are so good and my fav is Baba Ghanouj. My family loves it when I buy this dip. Sometimes I buy celery and carrots for it and sometimes I just buy tostitos or flatbread and eat it right out of the container. I loveBaba Ghanouj and just love sayingBaba Ghanouj, Its such a cool sounding word. I didn’t realize that PC also had a roasted vegetable blend. This is really handy and definitely something that I’m going to look for the next time I’m in the store. Thanks for this nice giveaway.

My favourite PC product is actually one they only offer around Christmas time and for a (far too) limited time – PC Candy Cane Fudge Crackle. Seriously I would buy this year round if I could. It’s always so hard to find! At Christmas time I buy one or two whenever I see them – which sadly isn’t often enough. I use up valuable real estate in my tiny freezer to hoard this product!
