Here’s how it works:
Collectors take control of how their reward miles are earned and redeemed by opting into the AIR MILES Cash program feature and by setting a preference of either AIR MILES Cash or AIR MILES Dream (or both!). Once set, future AIR MILES reward miles will be allocated into either AIR MILES Cash or Dream balance, or a combination of the two. Reward miles collected in your AIR MILES Cash balance allow for instant redemption in-store across participating retailers and the ones that stay in your Dream balance will be there for when you are ready to take your next vacation. Ninety-five AIR MILES Cash reward miles can be redeemed for $10 instantly in store at participating retailers, up to $750 per day.

I love AIR MILES rewards. It is awesome to go shopping and be able to redeem for cash and save instantly. Especially this time of year.
I can’t remember the last time I actually redeemed any of my air miles! Love that they have so many options for redemption, even though I am still saving away for a dream vacation to NZ!

I am a huge Air Miles collector and can’t wait to cash them in for a trip in the next year or so, LOL. I have considered going the cash route, but have not done so yet. It certainly is easier then waiting to get those gift cards in the mail..
