My boys are total muffin monsters, so I end up baking a lot of these little beauties. They are perfect to tuck into lunches, for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. I’ve finally got smart and started making double batches to freeze. Problem is, we kinda got stuck on our favourites and could use a little variety. Sadly no – I wish I did but don’t have a spot to put it. I buy it from the local farmers market and freeze it every year.
