{Sponsored Post} Misfits Dog Snacks: Feed the Funny!

Our first child was our chocolate lab! A sweet, soft, brown haired girl who kept me up at night and who both frustrated me and made my heart swell at the same time. Sound familiar? yup, she was our furbaby and those little four legged babies are a lot like human ones!

A few weeks in and our baby girl was really coming to life! Racing through the house at a mile a minute, dragging us out for walks and boy could she jump! I’ve never seen a dog reach so high and she certainly impressed more than one guest with this little trick! Our house is set up with a straight path from the front entry to the back patio door, but the kitchen counter blocks the view if you are say, only a few feet tall like our pup was. If someone came to the door while she was outside, she would jump high into the air to see over the counter! She kept this up for years and it was quite the site for anyone who came knocking to see this large lab bouncing up and down over the counter! She’s an old girl now and doesn’t do much bouncing these days, but she would still love these lively new treats out by Misfits!

Misfits have created a new line of irresistable dog treats with quirky shapes and tempting texture! There are Scruffy Bites (in Steak & Poutine and Man n’ Cheese flavor), Wonky Chomps (in Surfy Turkey and Cheeseburger) and Quirky Jerky (in Bacon & Peanut butter and Smoky Bacon Burger) – any dog would be in snack heaven!

Check out the video above and then create your own custom dance doggie party! It’s a lot of fun! Pick your own music, scene and add in as many partying pooches as you can handle! The head bopping pug totally cracks me up! lol Be sure to share your creation with your friends on facebook!

Make sure you also share it on the MISFITS Canada Facebook wall, it will earn you an entry into their contest for MISFITS prize packs! Or submit a funny photo of your pup into their Dog of the Month contest! There’s lots of fun things happening!

  1. Your little girl sounds like a wonderful friend! It is amazing how many more options there are for feeding and treating our four legged friends these days. Nice to see!

  2. Chocolate Labs are so SWEET! Big balls of energy! Both our fur babies passed 🙁 but they were our kids long before kids. What a cute video!

  3. I can SO relate to what it’s like to have a puppy, Jen! Mine is keeping me very busy! But there is nothing better than some puppy love 🙂 I made my own Misfits doggy dance party and must say, it had me laughing. Cute idea!

  4. LOL! Your puppy is too cute!! My kids talked about him the whole way home!! What a friendly dog! Next time I visit, I’ll have to see this jump! hee hee

  5. Ahhh! I love it! We haven’t spoiled our fur baby “exclusively” for a long time! He always has to share the spotlight with his toddler sister. I think he would go bananas with the Mac n cheese! Ha! Love this little video – and yup – I’m a pug mama, so the head bopping pug and the head shaking bull dog was hilarious!
