A few weeks back I bought some little alphabet stamps at the dollar store, yeterday I thought we would put them to use to make a get well card for the boy's Grandpa. As it turned out, the stamp pad I knew I already had was dried up, so we used markers. I guess this way we were able to use lots of colours! My boys love to boogy down and dance and Papa taught them the term 'Rock On', so now whenever the music comes on and they are dancing Big Brother shouts out "rock on" over and over … [Read more...]
Stamp It Up!
No Girls Allowed!!
........Except Mommy of course!!! Because not only am I fun, cute and cuddly, I cook their meals and change their bums. So, I get a pass into the 'boys club'. Go BIG or Go Home
Every once in awhile we like to GO BIG! There are occassions when a card simply won't do! you need to just shout it out! I have the boys put their creativity to work to paint Big murals. It's … [Read more...]
31 Hours
This weekend I experienced a rarer than rare 31 hours completely child free!!! The last time that happened was in the Fall of '07 so I was long overdue! I took the 3 hour road trip to visit my Dad who is home from the hospital and doing very well. I couldn't bring the boys for fear they would try to climb all over him and it was certain they would wake him while he rested. So out I ventured alone, what's a girl to do??? ~ I got to drive the tiny little car instead of the monster van ~ I … [Read more...]
