I was honoured and delighted to have the opportunity to make my buddy Nicholas his 8th Birthday cake! The Birthday Boy is a Star Wars fan, and so a Star Wars birthday cake he must get!  Here's a couple of shots of the cake~ I started with a regular two layer boxed cake mix, stacked and filled the centre with buttercream icing.
