I’m Ba-ack!

The boys and I where away for a few days while we took a little road trip to visit their Grandma and Papa. We decided to make it an early Mother’s Day celebration. The boys spent the week painting pots and shells and digging up plants for Grandma’s gift and we made her a pretty awesome cake if I do say so myself. I’ll post all about our activities next week.
The travel was long, but we made it. We were able to visit with my brother and sister in law and pass on our treasured baby items. Sister in law looks great with her ever expanding belly!! I miss being pregnant, I loved it!
While we were there I took the opportunity to get the boy’s haircuts done, they were loooong over due! With Big Brother’s swimming lessons taking up Saturday mornings for 8 weeks, they were looking pretty shaggy! We had some down time together and played outside blowing bubbles and the boys rode trikes. The weather was beautiful!
I got to have a short visit with my Best Girl while we went out for a drink together, always awesome to have a girly chat with your best friend!!!
Another long drive and home, home at last!!!! It’s good to be home!!!!
