All Aboard!! Thomas & Friends

When I was a little girl, I would spend hours in my bedroom playing with my Barbie dolls. Brushing their hair, changing their outfits and driving them around in my metallic pink convertible! Man, I loved that car! It was probably my most prized toy growing up and I can’t believe I didn’t keep it, I bet my boys would get a kick out of driving it around now. Did you ever keep some of your favourite toys from childhood to share with your kids? My husband has a box full of his old toys that would be the envy of a lot of collectors and he loves showing the boys his old possesions! Some of them he still keeps tucked away, but he did hand over his old Hot Wheels cars (with doors and hoods that open!) and tracks for the boys to play with.

I often wonder now, which toys will hold special memories for my own boys. Which play things they won’t want to part with and will fondly recall when they are grown! A special stuffie maybe or it could even be their Thomas & Friends tracks and trains!

This is the Thomas & Friends Rattling Railsss take-n-play set. It’s a very cool addition to the other portable railway sets we keep at Grandma’s house. You can see that the track will easily connect with our other sets and make for a larger play piece. The Rattling Rail set is by far our favourite one though because of it’s cool snake like action! Thomas can actually ride round and round IN THE SNAKES MOUTH!!
