Gummies for adults??? You bet!
I first heard about Adult Essentials when I attended the ShesConnected Conference in Toronto last year. I saw all these colourful gummies in small dishes and couldn’t wait to try them out, they were delish! It was after I had already fell in love with the taste that I found out they were actually good for me!

This same brand makes a gummy vitamin for kids called IronKids and my own kiddos love them! I have looked for them before at our local Walmart with no luck, so recently I tried again when I was at our grocery store, Independent. I found the IronKids this time, but sadly no Adult Essentials.
